Professional alarm monitoring means the signals from your system go to a staffed central station around the clock — not just to a siren, or to an app you may not be looking at. When a configured alarm signal is received, an operator follows the response procedure for the type of alarm and your property — which can include verification, reaching you or your contacts, and requesting emergency responders. We explain exactly how that works for your home, in writing, before you sign.
