Monitoring Services

The monitoring service provided by BGS Security Division prevents thefts and/or destructions of goods or valuables and protects the life of the persons within the facility.

Addressability:

The service is intended both for natural persons and for legal entities and it may be implemented in any kind of location: residential, office spaces, stores, deposits, etc.

The monitoring and intervention services may be provided both to those who have already installed an alarm system, by connecting it in the BGS Security Division dispatch center, and to those who do not have such a system.

How it operates:

Monitoring refers to the permanent reception of the signals sent by the local alarm systems to the dispatch center, as well as handling of such signals according to the type of event. The dispatch agents read every signal received by the alarm systems and alert the police units that will immediately drive to the respective facility.
